Procedures required include Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, Hernia Repair(s), Gastric Sleeve, Gastric bypass, Duodenal Switch, Bariatric Revision, Lap Band Removal, Lap Band Conversion, Biliopancreatic Diversion, Anti-Reflux Surgery, Laproscopic/Robotic, Placement of Gastric Feeding Tubes, EGDs, Esophageal Surgery, GERD, and LINX.
The EMR is Cerner.
Credentialing takes about 90 days.
